Brief

We partnered with long-time friends of the business, Manchester property developers, Salboy, in order to promote their new Castle Irwell housing development in Salford.

What we did

Salboy’s Castle Irwell development sits just twenty minutes from Manchester city centre and is set to become a thriving community.

We were tasked with raising awareness, generating interest and more importantly, driving on-the-ground viewings – which we managed to do with two effective pieces of hero content.

Firstly, we executed a video shoot and digestible social video to virtually take the audience around the development and educate them on it. This went down extremely well with our audience and drove thousands of people to the Salboy website resulting in viewings on the location’s available plots.

To compliment our video content we also wrote a feature article on Castle Irwell, so people knew exactly what to expect from it and how they could take a serious interest in becoming a resident.
